The Global Green Portal Launched

After a brief beta launch phase, Global Content & Research Ltd. formally launched www.EcoSeed.org, a global green portal, today. The website is completely focused on serving the rapidly expanding global “green” community and will offer global access to green news, green business, green finance, and many other crucial green topics.

The announcement’s founder and CEO, Mr. S. Herman, said: “With the introduction of EcoSeed, users who want to discover and take advantage of the growing worldwide “green” revolution will have access to a single global source of internet. The launch has been coordinated to answer the demand for a reliable, trustworthy, global single source of “green” news, business possibilities, financing, analysis, information, and social interaction online.” “This is simply the first phase of development of the EcoSeed website,” he said, “which has been constructed by a brilliant team of specialists from across the world who contribute a worldwide range of nationalities and experiences to this project.”

The launch, according to Mr. Arnel Reyes, director of information technology, was the first step in EcoSeed’s commitment to keep a technological edge in delivering “green” information. Without providing any specifics, he stated that Global intended to deploy significant website enhancements very soon.

Mr. Herman gave the following information in his description of the website:

The interactive features of the site span a broad range of “green” topics, such as worldwide news coverage of eco-friendly business and commerce, sustainable technology, and green stocks. Additionally, the website offers a wide range of current information on environmental issues in a number of fields, including biofuels, fuel cells, electric cars, wave energy, solar power, wind power, biomass, and geothermal energy. In-depth worldwide issues including carbon credits, climate change, green construction, computers, and laws are also covered by the portal. Users will have access to editorials that are topical and pertinent from some of the top experts in the world on environmental concerns, such as renewable energy. A variety of research papers, market analyses, and reports on the most recent advancements in ecology-related fields are available on the website.

Through the website’s “Marketplace” web page, a special EcoSeed web page offers a worldwide market place for green manufacturers and service providers to meet buyers and searchers of goods and services for all levels of users. The EcoSeed “Marketplace” is designed to be the “go to” website for finding any green product or service from anywhere in the globe, with over 100,000 global green firms and practitioners now included in Global’s database. Eco-conscious entrepreneurs may advertise their products and services online and interact directly with their target market to grow their clientele. People that care about the environment and are looking for eco-friendly solutions for their homes or businesses should look for and communicate with these vendors. According to Global, this is the world’s first green internet marketplace.

An exclusive area for “green” social networking has been created to give eco-aware consumers, manufacturers, distributors, consultants, and business owners a place to express their passions. Members may also seek partners for benchmarking, sharing, and global networking as well as obtain advise, ask questions, blog, or submit requests.
