GREEN BUILDING EXCHANGE FORMS ALLIANCE WITH BUILD IT GREEN

REDWOOD CITY, CA, February 5, 2007 --/WORLD-WIRE/--
Green Building Exchange, the first-ever building exchange dedicated to sustainable green building, has formed an alliance with Build It Green. Build It Green is a professional non-profit membership organization whose mission is to promote healthy, energy and resource-efficient buildings in California.

This relationship will allow Build It Green to host training classes and other programs within Green Building Exchange's 55,000 square foot facility in Redwood City, California.

"Build It Green is a highly respected leader, educator, and resource within the green building community," said Mike Schaeffer, President of Green Building Exchange. "We are very excited to host their certification, training, and educational programs at our facility. Our centralized location on the Peninsula and easy access to public transportation will make it convenient for attendees to participate in these programs."

Mr. Schaeffer further noted that attendees will have access to additional onsite resources at the Green Building Exchange, such as vendor exhibits and reserved private meeting spaces for conducting business, thus facilitating networking and commerce within the industry.

Build It Green will offer Advanced Training for Certified Green Building Professionals as its first course at the Green Building Exchange, on Saturday, February 24th, 2007, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This day-long class will expand on Build It Green's basic Certified Green Building Professional Class.
