A. signed a contract with the city of Las Tablas securing the land and the waste for the 200-ton-per-day Sicmar Plasma Converter Facility. This first-of-its-kind resource recovery center in Panama will process municipal solid waste. Sicmar International is a Startech associate and the company's exclusive representative in the Republic of Panama.
