FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE GOwen Environmental and the Association for Environmental Health and Sciences present: 10TH ANNUAL CONTAMINATED AND HAZARDOUS WASTE SITE MANAGEMENT COURSE. Theory, Practice & Outdoor Field Demonstrations of Site Characterization and Remediation Equipment & Technologies to be showcased in Toronto, Ontario, Canada September 26-30, 2005. TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA June 8, 2005 --/WORLD-WIRE/-- The 10th annual event has grown and evolved over the years to be known as the world's most comprehensive one week indoor-outdoor course, covering all issues related to managing subsurface contamination, from theory to practice. The course has been filled to capacity the past 10 years. Information about registration, the course instructors, agencies, associations, companies and magazines involved in the course are all available at: www.contaminatedsite.com. The 15 instructors in this course, along with the many technology demonstrators, and computer workshop coordinators will provide participants with unique access to a very broad base of practical experience and an excellent opportunity to network with leading professionals. This knowledge will be coupled with a hands-on approach to understanding the tools and techniques for managing contaminated sites. Some experience is helpful, but not necessary, as the course teaches basic principles before addressing more advanced topics. Advanced registration is strongly advised. Due to the hands-on nature of this course (demonstrations, workshops, and lectures), enrolment is limited and applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis. To contact participants from previous courses or to view pictures of the computer workshops and outdoor field demonstrations please visit: www.contaminatedsite.com. No other Course of this kind gives a greater value for the registration fee. Contact: Gareth Owen (416) 259-6911 gowen@contaminatedsite.com |
