WATER SAVER SYSTEMS OF AMERICA SEEKS PARTNER/INVESTOR

CHICAGO, IL, June 2, 2006 --/WORLD-WIRE/--
Water Saver Systems of America (WSSA), based in Chicago, Illinois, has launched a campaign to seek out a partner/investor that can assist them in their efforts to launch this start-up Fresh Water Conservation Solutions company in 10 markets in the State of Illinois and the surrounding 6 states.

The objective of WSSA is to provide Total Fresh Water Conservation Solutions for the residential (B2C) and commercial/industrial (B2B) markets. WSSA's systems are designed to decrease fresh water consumption from local city and municipal water supplies. The goal of WSSA's long term effort is to conserve trillions of gallons of fresh water each and every month throughout the U.S. and trillions of gallons more Globally each month.

By using unique merchandising and communication programs WSSA can educate homeowners within the U.S. and Globally that the time to begin conserving fresh water (local municipal supplies) has arrived. WSSA provides low-cost solutions that can easily pay for themselves within 2-3 years. When homeowners purchase a WSSA Fresh Water Conservation System WSSA delivers and installs the system. There is no handling or work required on the part of the homeowner.

Commercial/industrial companies throughout America can now be 'Good Neighbors' by integrating a WSSA Fresh Water Conservation Solution directly into their company buildings and facilities located throughout the U.S. and Globally. Avoiding the need to consume millions of gallons of fresh water from its local municipal water supply each year, companies can now become part of the environmental solution, as well as save themselves hundreds of thousands of dollars each year in water costs.

WSSA has submitted company information to the Dow Venture Capital Group, Midland, MI. WSSA has also provided the water division at General Electric (GE) a copy of its business plan for consideration. Plus, WSSA has submitted a copy of its business plan to the City of Chicago in order to alert Mayor Richard M. Daley of its plan to headquarter WSSA company operations in Chicago.

WSSA has a full business plan that can be provided to interested parties. Research has identified that WSSA can qualify for over $2 million in start-up funding and grants from the 7 states it plans to launch operations in.

WSSA is seeking a strong partner/investor that can bring the ability to set-up operations in Chicago and the 9 other markets around Chicagoland which will then allow WSSA to quality for these start-up investment funds.

Beginning the process to conserve fresh water now can assure that everyone has the fresh, clean, pure water they will need 10, 20, 50 years down the road. Our children's grandchildren should never have to go the kitchen faucet and have nothing come out, or have quality of their fresh water suspect as to its purity.

The key feature of the WSSA solution is that homeowners do not have to alter their life style or become involved in any type of installation procedure or handling of the system's products. WSSA does it all for them. And, for businesses, the solution is non-invasive, so it can be business as usual, with WSSA providing all on-going service and maintenance for the system.
