THERMAL FEEDBACK CONTROL UNIT, EXCLUSIVELY AT ACME

MANKATO, MN, May 10, 2004 --/WORLD-WIRE/-- Technocarb's Thermal Feedback Control Unit, available exclusively through ACME Alternate Fuel Systems, is one of the newest additions to ACME's product line.

The Thermal Feedback Control Unit stabilizes vaporizer temperature to reduce heavy ends and oil contamination due to the "cracking-effect." It can be used on both dedicated and bi-fuel LPG applications.

Shane from Mesick Bottle Gas, Mesick, MI installed the Thermal Feedback Control Unit on five 2000-2004 GM medium duty vehicles. “This is the best way I’ve found to reduce heavy-end buildup in the regulators.” says Shane. “Every month we’d have each truck down for a whole day, cleaning out the regulators. We’ve had the Thermal Feedback Control Units installed for several months on all five trucks and we still haven’t cleaned the regulators—a substantial improvement.”

The Thermal Feedback Control Unit prolongs Vaporizer life by:
  • Minimizing peak fuel temperatures when operating on LPG
  • Switches off coolant flow during gasoline operation (bi-fuel)
  • Increases duration of component service intervals
The unit fits easily on all LPG vaporizer models with 1/8NPT test port located in secondary vapor chamber. It comes with integrated electronics and LED display, coolant flow control valve, vacuum solenoid, hose clamps, vacuum hosing and tee.
